Self-care routine: My self-care routine is all about setting boundaries on my schedule and paying attention to when I need to take a break – taking time for rest and relaxation is just as important to being productive as hard work is! When I’m taking a day off, I usually work on my music or hang out with friends, and make sure I fit in some sunlight or a workout routine.
